A real terroir winery, especially famous among the wine manufactories for its vineyard-selected dry products.
'We are working on the vineyard, we are doing viticulture, we are making wine, we are building a community - the wine functions as a tool for all of these. We do not use any chemicals, the aging of our wines is spontanious in traditional oak barrels. Aiming for the best quality possible helps to attract those experts who share similar values as we do. Our goal is to work together for the future of a centuries old wine region."
